Joining is as easy as selecting ‘subscribe and save’ at checkout! There is nothing additional you need to do. Your card on file will be automatically charged once a month for your custom colour kit (whether its just roots or roots and lengths).

Once you’ve joined its very easy to change the shipping address, card on file or cancel your subscription - just log into your account and make any necessary changes.

Please allow up to two days for any modifications to be processed.

You can easily combine your subscription order with any other items from the site - just add them to your cart and check out as you normally would.

Due to the custom nature of our Colour Kits we cannot refund a kit once it has been fulfilled. To cancel before your next colour arrives, ensure you do so at least two days prior to the renewal. You can cancel your kit auto-fulfillment any time after your first two months. We cannot refund any Colour Kits. We want you to love your hair; if you don’t, a professional colourist will consult with you to find a solution that you do love.

Cancel your subscription at any time after your first two months (cancel a minimum two days before your subscription order is renewed - we cannot cancel or change your order once it is fulfilled). By subscribing you consent to your card on file being charged monthly for your Colour Kit. You can manage your subscription through your account - click here to sign in or create an account. Once logged in, beneath Account Details, select Manage Subscription. From here you can see when your next order will be sent out (your card will be charged on this day) and what option you are subscribed to. If you continue scrolling down you will be able to edit all of your information - shipping address, credit card information, etc. Below you will also see when all of your Colour Kits are scheduled to deliver in the future. At the very bottom you can cancel your subscription with one click.
