A: At thistime we do not have any Kits containing bleach as the risk of damage andundesirable results is too high.

A: Wewelcome everyone, new and returning clients. For new clients we will send out acomplimentary, easy to follow consultation instructions. During thisconsultation we will discuss your hair history and goals while also giving ourprofessional opinion on what would best suit you.

A: Mostlikely the colour will stain your cotton towel or clothing. Always prepare atowel and shirt that you do not mind getting stained to be safe.

A: Skinstaining is totally normal especially with darker colours. Always use thecotton provided to wipe away any colour around your hairline – the faster youwipe it off the less it will stain. Any remaining hairline staining will comeoff completely after a few more shampoos.
