Virtual Consultation Instructions

You will receive a virtual consultation with your Colour Kit purchase in order to achieve beautiful custom results for your unique hair colour. We recommend a complimentary in-person consultation for best results: you will then be able to carry-out your Colour Kit after the consult.

Once your Kit is purchased simply email info@clab12.com with your order number, your hair goals, your recent hair history (any previous colour, etc.) and photos of your current hair with the parting below.

Our Master Colourist will asses the photos and information and create your custom formula based on this information.
